Après une interruption de 27 ans, Jeep nous a enfin offert un tout nouveau pick-up … Le Gladiator !

Le JT Gladiator est le premier pick-up Jeep depuis le XJ Cherokee basé 1986-1992 MJ Comanche. Le nom Gladiator a été utilisé pour la première fois sur le Gladiator SJ 1962-1971. Après 1971, le SJ était simplement connu sous le nom de Jeep Pickup ou J-Series (1972-1973: J2000 et J3000: 1974-1988: J10 et J20). Alors que le SJ Gladiator d’origine était propulsé par divers moteurs I-6 et V-8, le 2020 JT Gladiator est propulsé par le moteur V6 Pentastar 3,6 litres développé par Chrysler et est couplé à une transmission automatique à huit rapports. Le V6 EcoDiesel de 3,0 litres devrait arriver plus tard.
